 Leanne has a breadth of experience that spans 10 years in the industry. She holds a CEBS designation and also has both a Life (including Accident & Sickness) Insurance License and a Mutual Funds License. As an Employee Benefit Specialist with Pippy Insurance & Financial, Leanne is a dedicated and qualified local point-of-contact. She is responsible for the ongoing support of the firm’s employee benefits accounts.
As a member of industry associations, including the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute, Leanne is well versed with and has up-to-date information on industry trends such as legislative changes that may affect employee benefit plans. That professional capability, together with a demonstrated understanding of the issues facing employers, enables Leanne to make informed recommendations and help clients resolve issues.
Having earned a diploma in Business Administration, Leanne is currently completing a business diploma at Memorial University.With a dedication to business, customer service and fair practices, Leanne is also the volunteer president for 2007 for the Better Business Bureau of Newfoundland & Labrador.
