Linda has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has both her Life (including Accident & Sickness) Insurance License and Mutual Funds License. She has an in-depth knowledge of employee benefit plans and is well-regarded for working closely with clients, and actively listening and responding to their requests, as well as for her persistent nature and demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
Locally-based, Linda is dedicated to working closely with plan administrators, providing personal service and client service support for employee benefit plans. She is directly involved in responding to general enquiries pertaining to covered employee benefits, enquiries involving claims submission procedures, as well as claims and problem resolution.
Through direct and regular contact with plan administrators, Linda provides expert assistance with the procedural, contractual and administrative functions of employee benefit plans.
